Shipping policy
Order Processing
We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and local courier operations.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Shipping Time: 6–11 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 Business Days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volumes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available and update within the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Delayed Deliveries
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact our support team and we will be happy to investigate.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
